Shift times on the weekdays are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The schedule is Monday Friday, every week with some night call. The typical IM clinic population's average age is 70, about half male/female with multiple comorbidities, such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, chf, etc.
