- Scope of Work: Routine exams and cleanings, Diagnostic services (x-rays), Prosthodontics and implants, Sealants, Fluoride treatment, Root canals and endodontics, Dentures (full and partial), Orthodontics, Oral surgery, Whitening and aesthetic procedures, School Screenings
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must possess or be eligible for Washington State Dental License
