- Scope of Work: Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, General, Ortho, Uro, Eyes, OB/GYN, & Endo
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: IL License, ABA - Board Certification, DEA
- Pay Rate Preferred: Compensating $700k plus $50k Commencement Bonus & $50k Retention Bonus after your 2nd year!
