A hospital wound clinic is seeking a Wound Care Physician for locum tenens coverage.
Get in touch with nature while in North Georgia and visit one of the Georgia State Parks near Helen, which include Smithgall Woods and Unicoi.
The EMR is EPIC. The schedule for the position is Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. Clinicians are required to have completed a certified HBO 40-hour training course, if not already attained. Preference is for candidates with fellowship training and board certification (BC). Regarding wound care, candidates should possess relevant experience and be proficient in performing debridements, skin equivalent applications, and wound biopsies. Ideal candidates will hold a wound care certificate such as CWS or CWSP.
