Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician for our brand new outpatient clinics. Our goal is not volume or billing/claims: it’s quality. We want physicians and clinical staff who are intrinsically motivated to provide this kind of excellent care to older adults. Our physicians practice with a full team behind them; each care team is made up of: • Physician • Registered Nurse • Medical Assistant • Clinical Informatics Specialist (i.e., a “scribe”) • Care Manager • Nurse Practitioner We have a fast growing patient community, and it’s time to add to our team. Skills
Ideal candidates will be: • Passionate about their work, eager to have fun with our team, motivated to be a part of a fast growing organization. • M.D. or D.O. graduates. • Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required. • Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome but certainly not required. • Have 2-4 years of experience in outpatient practice preferred, however elite new graduates are encouraged to apply. • Have an active, non-probationary Illinois medical license.
