What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services for patients in a rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy interventions accordingly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Educate patients and families about treatment goals and home exercises
What You Need
- Valid license in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
