- License/Certs Required: IMLC license, WI license, BLS certification
- Experience: Prior primary care experience; geri-focused and managing patients with multiple comorbidities preferred
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $148.98

What You’ll Do
- Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population across all ages, with an emphasis on geriatrics and chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease
- Support a 1:1 clinical team including MA, LPN, or RN staff
- Manage an average of 18-22 patients per day, ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction
- Perform standard primary care procedures such as physicals, chronic disease management, medication management, and health screenings
- Document patient encounters accurately using Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with clinical team and support staff to deliver seamless patient care
- Participate in patient triage during business hours, supporting the doctor of the day as needed
What You Need
Required:
- MD or DO license with IMLC/ Wisconsin licensure
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- BLS certification
Preferred:
- ACLS certification
- Experience with geriatric populations and managing multiple comorbidities
