What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
- Manage 5-10 ER patients per shift with a team-oriented approach
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and update patient records accurately
- Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure safety and compliance
- Assist in patient stabilization and coordinate transfers as needed
What You Need
Required:
- Active Texas RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ ER and Med-Surg experience
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
Preferred:
- Experience working in similar hospital settings
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and handle high-acuity cases
