What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to child and adolescent patients
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with medical and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in on-call duties with minimal burden
- Document clinical encounters accurately and promptly
- Support hospital-wide mental health initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies
What You Need
- Valid Ohio medical license in good standing
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry, with experience in child and adolescent populations
- Key skills: strong communication, compassion, teamwork, adaptability
- Required certifications: CPR/BLS, prior psychiatric experience preferred
