We are looking for experienced Physicians and Nurse Practitioners who are personable, knowledgeable, and independent. You will be part of a team that makes house calls to elderly and disabled patients in the central Indiana area, including Indianapolis and surrounding counties. Professionalism and medical competency/experience is a must. The position offers flexible hours, locations, and workload, with a high earning potential and the ability to be part of a fast growing company.

Job responsibilities include:

Travel to patient's location - Can be accompanied by MA.
Conduct a medical interview
Comprehensive physical assessment and examination
Providing primary and consultative care in the home environment
Creating History and Physical notes
Inputting information in our electronic medical records
Patient education
Follow up visits
Equipment, training, and Medical Assistant provided.
Active and unrestricted Indiana Medical License and DEA license required.
