Description
Is it work or a vacation? Spend your Fall travceling beautiful Hawaii! Cruise ship assignment - Starts Sept. 22, 2016. Take your work outside of the typical clinic setting, and imagine it somewhere on the tropical waters of the Pacific. In addition to your light duties, you'll have the opportunity to experience the Hawaiian islands. We are seeking qualified physicians that are interested in working on the ship Sept. 22 - Nov. 16, 2016. Please respond immediately as this position will go quickly! 5 years' emergency medicine experience diagnosing and treating a broad range of medical conditions. Onboard may include minor surgery such as suturing, removal of benign skin lesions, removal of foreign objects, identification of and immobilizing of simple fractures, etc. Ship returns to port daily, allowing treatment for serious illnesses within hours. REQUIREMENTS: Active Hawaii state medical license required. ACLS certification required. Travel/lodging/malpractice insurance covered. Call Western Healthcare at 1-xxxxxxxxxxx*.
