ProHealth Physicians is Connecticut's leading primary care group practice consisting of over 350 providers, including 250 primary care physicians, a select number of specialists, and over 130 APRNs and PAs, providing primary care services in over 90 practice sites statewide. Since ProHealth’s formation in 1997, we have been committed to the advancement and promotion of primary care in the service of our patients and their communities.
